So, last summer my brain must have been overtaken by aliens because somehow I thought it would be a great idea to get a white shag rug for under my kitchen table. Sure it looks great...
Ok, it actually looks really dirty in this picture...except THAT IS THE POINT. On what planet did I think getting a white rug when I have two dogs would be a good idea? Especially a shag rug that is next to impossible to clean! Luckily, I still have some brain cells & knowing this rug was pretty damn cheap, it's time to replace it. But what style or color rug does one put under a orange & pink table? I have no freaking clue. When I've asked some friends what to do, they all told me "something neutral." When I hear the word "neutral" I really hear "something borrrrrring." I'm sorry, that just isn't going to happen.
I was planning on replacing the rug later this summer, but after I discovered Rugs USA (no, this is not a sponsored post. Below are some of my favorite rugs I've found for the space. One of them I actually purchased, but I want to hear your thoughts first. If you were me, which rug would you pick? The one I picked may be a wild card & once in the space I may actually hate it...we'll see! Once my new rug comes in, I'll be sure to post some photos!
