Peanut Butter Oreo Brownies

I've had this recipe sitting on one of my boards on Pinterest for quite some time. I've refused to make them for just J and I, because I do NOT need 12 of these suckers sitting around for me to eat. Over the weekend, I went to a gathering with J's family and finally had the excuse I needed to bake this awesome dessert.  I had to use the final photo from the place where I got the recipe, Foodsnot, because I didn't want to be "the weird girlfriend who takes pictures of her food."

Peanut Butter Oreo Brownies
Makes: 12 Brownies
Cook time: 40 minutes
How hard was this for Rachel to make? Easy!
Bake ware needed: cupcake/muffin pan

Ingredients

1 box brownie mix + ingredients mix requires
Creamy peanut butter
24 Oreos (1 standard package)
Cupcake liners

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions

Take an oreo and spread peanut butter on top. Fasten another oreo to the peanut butter top to make a sandwich

Place oreo stacks in paper lined muffin baking tin. Try to keep oreo stacks as centered as possible

Cover cookie stacks with brownie batter. Make sure to let batter drip down all sides of the cookie stack. Bake aprox 18-20 minutes. Let cool completely and serve!

  3. I want to try that right now! I really love Oreos and peanut butter since I was a kid. Now, I'm a dessert enthusiast and I sell wholesale desserts, but that one isn't included in my menu yet. Thanks for the idea.
