Funfetti Cake Batter Fudge

My two good friends just moved in together and invited J and I over to see their new place. What better excuse to make fudge as a,  "Welcome to your new home present...that I will help you eat."   Pinterest led me to The Pursuit of Hippieness blog, where I found this awesome and SUPER EASY recipe.

ABOUT
Serves: a lot or 12 pieces
Cook time: 15 mins + 1 hour refrigeration
How hard was this for Rachel to make? Easy!
Bake ware needed: 8x8 pan

INGREDIENTS
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
3.5 cups white chocolate chips
3 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
Rainbow sprinkles
Tinfoil (not pictured)

Note: 3.5 cups of chips requires 2 bags of white choc chips. Clearly, there is only one bag pictured. A 2nd trip to the store was made.

DIRECTIONS:

Pour milk & white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl.
Heat for 3 minutes or until white chocolate is almost completely melted. It might require longer than 3 minutes. Stop and stir midst heating to move process along.
Stir until completely blended, melted & smooth.
Mix in vanilla and almost extract and combine thoroughly.
'Add in handful of sprinkles and mix only a few stirs.
Note: If stirred for too long, sprinkles will melt and turn fudge an ugly color.
In an 8x8 tinfoil lined pan, pour in mix quickly.
Cover top in desired amount of sprinkles.
Refrigerate for at least an hour to let fudge set.
Once fudge is set, peel off foil and cut into cubes.
 Enjoy!
